Fright Factory of Fort Myers reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio & lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, fog and a physically demanding environment. You should not participate if you are pregnant, have claustrophobia, prone to seizures, heart or respiratory problems. You will not be permitted if you appear intoxicated, NO smoking, drinking or eating.
No running, touching props, and do not touch the actors. If you violate these rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.
This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending Fright Factory of Fort Myers. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in Fright Factory of Fort Myers. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Fright Factory of Fort Myers, holder agrees to release the operator, affiliates, officers, directors and employees as well as landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending Fright Factory of Fort Myers.
